Control panel buttons
There are three buttons at the top of the control panel: Weight/temperature, beeper and light.

The start/ pause button starts the bread cycle. Holding down the button will stop the bread cycle until the LCD display shows the flashing word PAUSE. Tap again to continue the cycle.

Close the lid and press the start/pause button. The bakery will continue its third climb and its baking cycle.
Can it make gluten-free bread?
Yes, it has a gluten-free setting of for making gluten-free bread. This device has a shorter kneading and rising phase, but is cooked at higher temperatures. Gluten-free dough from rice, potatoes or tapioca is wetter and less smooth than wheat flour. The production of strong bread requires less kneading and more heat.
Does it contain yeast-free sludges?
Yes, it has an setting of Yeast-free for bread recipes that use yeast or baking soda instead of yeast. With settling without yeast, there are no lifting cycles. The baking powder or baking powder is activated during the baking phase by the liquid and the heat, so no rising phase is required. The yeast-free holes mix and knead the ingredients and then go directly to baking the bread. The Corn Colour and Bread Size options are disabled for the Yeast Free setting.

It can produce sticks of the following sizes: 1, 1.5, 2 and 2.5 pounds. The actual weight of the finished bread may be slightly lower or slightly higher than these figures because of the type of flour used or the quantity of added fruit and nuts.
Does it have a pause function?
Yes, it has a pause function that is controlled by the pause button on the control panel. The pause function can be used to interrupt any phase of the bread making process, with the exception of the heat retention phase. This allows you to shape the dough manually before the baking cycle or after the warning signal for adding fruit and nuts.
Yes, you can change the time and temperature of different stages of bread making: Preheat, knead, lift, drill, bake and retain heat. The bread setting is selected at the touch of a button. Click on the Edit button and use the Select button to change the desired values. When you are satisfied, press the Start button to start the changed bread setting.
Please note that changes are not stored in the bakery’s memory. To save the settings, you must use custom settings.
How to save custom settings
Rotate the SELECT dial until the LCD displays a custom setting. It is located at the top of the parameter list on the LCD screen. Click the button to select a custom setting. There are nine free places where you can program your own recipe. Use the Modify button to change the values for the different stages of bread making.
You can use the parameter wholegrain as a template because it covers all steps of bread making. When you have programmed all available bread settings, you can press the start button.
How to remove
The bread pan is the part that needs cleaning the most. Take the bread pan out of the machine and wipe it with a soft sponge and soapy water. Do not use abrasive materials because the bread has a non-stick coating. Do not immerse the bread pan in water, but only add soapy water. You can also clean the knife with rinsing soap and water. The rest of the bakery can be wiped with a damp cloth.
